Known for his outstanding investment and management skills, he leads the team in complex and standardized operations, earning respect from clients with his professional knowledge and capabilities.
Lily Li

Lily holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Marketing from the Australian National University and a Master’s degree in Immigration Law from Victoria University, Australia. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Australian Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce and the Executive Vice President of the Australia-Asia Professional Talent Exchange Association. She is also a licensed professional consultant in Australian immigration. As an independent partner of JW Group in Melbourne, Lily is mainly responsible for the company's businesses and customer services in the greater Victoria region.
Jacky Hao
Jacky has over twenty years of legal experience, former partner at Dentons law firm. He is currently the founding Secretary-General of the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, Australia-New Zealand branch, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the North-China Investment Platform, and a director partner at Canaan Global Asset Management Company. As an independent partner at JW Capital, Jacky is responsible for client relationship management, legal compliance, and investment risk control, ensuring the safety of clients' investments in Australia.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Melbourne and a Master’s degree in International Finance from Monash University, Melbourne. He previously worked at Ping An Securities Co., Ltd., handling IPOs, mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in over 30 projects, more than 10 billion RMB. Since 2014, Kevin joined the real estate private equity firm under China Construction Bank, responsible for its overseas investment. He has extensive experience in property development projects in Australia and has consistently delivered stable investment returns to investors over the years.
Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Investment from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of New South Wales in Australia. Olivia also holds the UK ACCA certification. Olivia currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Financial Association. Formerly worked in the Investment Department of China Resources Trust, responsible for the operation of stocks, bonds, and fund trust products. Olivia is responsible for JW Group's real estate investment projects and commercial financing projects, helping clients achieve asset appreciation.
